The Sealy Posturepedic Pinnacle Collection is the most well designed of all the Sealy lines. The Posturepedic Pinnacle mattresses have chic silky fabrics, resilient talalay latex and a supportive and durable mattress construction. There is the highest coil count in the Sealy line. It is the only Sealy line that has a coil on coil system, there are coils in the mattress and there are coils in the boxspring. If you are looking for a soft mattress with beneficial support, you would like a plush pillowtop. The Pinnacle Ultra Plush Pillowtop cover has ultra silky fibers for a soft to the touch feel. There are one and a half inches of convoluted supersoft foam that only Sealy mattresses have. The Sealyfoam increases the softness of the mattress but also provides an aligning support for the back and neck needed for a healthy sleep. The Pinnacle Ultra Plush Pillowtop also has talalay latex and memory foam. The Latex is measured at three fourths of an inch and the memory foam is one half inch thick. Both Latex and Memory foam are well known for their conforming support and relieving pressure of the body.

The firm mattress in the Posturepedic Pinnacle line is the Cushion Firm Eurotop. Someone who prefers a firm mattress could indulge himself or herself with this layered supportive innerspring system. The Cushion Firm Eurotop has two layers of talalay latex for more support and compression resistance. The first layer of latex provides natural ventilation and the second layer is convoluted latex for pressure relief with a healthy resistance.

The Ultra Plush Boxtop is the softest of the Posturepedic Pinnacle Collection. The cover of this Sealy mattress is made of soft natural cashmere. The Ultra Plush Boxtop has three soft cushioning layers and two conforming latex layers. The top cushioning layer is the convoluted Supersoft Sealyfoam that provides a supportive cushioning. There are over four inches of talalay latex in the Ultra Plush Boxtop and over six layers of the Supersoft Sealyfoam.
